Booking & Ticketing Policy
                    All airfares are subject to availability and may fluctuate without prior notice. Tickets issued are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
                    
                    Passenger Responsibility
                    Ensure names match passport details exactly—any discrepancies may result in denied boarding.
                    
                    Verify travel itinerary accuracy before ticketing; changes post-issuance may require a new ticket purchase.
                    
                    Fares are only guaranteed upon full payment and ticket issuance. If payment issues arise, we will notify you promptly via email/phone. Otherwise, e-tickets are delivered within 24 hours of booking confirmation. If your travel is within 24 hours then the tickets are delivered within 4 hours.
                    
                    Additional Charges
                    Airlines may impose fees for:
                    
                    Checked baggage
                    
                    Excess baggage
                    
                    Seat selection
                    
                    Other ancillary services
                    Contact the airline directly for the latest baggage policies (allowance, weight, dimensions).
                    
                    Check-In & No-Show Policy
                    Arrive at least 3 hours before departure (international) or 90 minutes (domestic).
                    
                    No refunds or changes permitted for missed flights (no-shows).
                    
                    Passport, Visa & Health Requirements
                    Passport Validity
                    Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your stay.
                    
                    Visa Requirements
                    USA (ESTA) & Australia (ETA): Mandatory for entry/transit.
                    
                    Transit visas may be required for:
                    
                    Airport changes within the same itinerary.
                    
                    Terminal changes (e.g., code-share flights).
                    
                    GlobalFlightCatchers is not liable for visa denials or documentation errors. Consult the relevant embassy before travel.
                    
                    Special Cases
                    South Africa: Minors (under 18) require an Unabridged Birth Certificate (showing both parents’ details) in addition to a passport.
                    
                    Changes & Amendments
                    Amendment fee: £50 per booking + airline/supplier charges (if applicable).
                    
                    Tax adjustments: Additional taxes may apply; you will be notified before ticket re-issuance.
                    
                    Post-ticketing changes: Most airlines prohibit modifications after issuance.
                    
                    Cancellation Policy
                    Scenario	Refund Eligibility
                    Before ticket issuance	Subject to supplier policies; cancellation fees may apply.
                    After ticket issuance	100% non-refundable in most cases.
                    Low-cost/charter flights	100% cancellation fee (pre/post-ticketing).
                    Note: Cancellation requests must be submitted by the lead booker.
                    
                    Force Majeure
                    We are not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseeable events, including:
                    
                    War, terrorism, civil unrest
                    
                    Natural disasters, extreme weather
                    
                    Airline strikes, airport closures
                    
                    Technical failures, schedule cancellations
                    
                    Check travel advisories (e.g., UK Foreign Office) before departure.
                    
                    Travel Documentation
                    Required Documents
                    Passport (valid for 6+ months post-travel)
                    
                    Visa(s) (destination/transit)
                    
                    Government-issued ID (for check-in, car rentals, hotels)
                    
                    Medical certificates (if applicable)
                    
                    Boarding Denial
                    No refunds if travel is denied due to missing/invalid documents.
                    
                    Special Booking Conditions
                    Bulk Bookings
                    All passengers must follow the same itinerary—no individual changes/cancellations permitted.
                    
                    Deposit Bookings
                    Non-refundable.
                    
                    Final payment must be made by the agreed date; forfeiture applies for late payments.
                    
                    Fare increases (due to fuel surcharges, exchange rates, etc.) are the passenger’s responsibility.
                    
                    Check-In & Flight Policies
                    Recommended arrival: 3 hours (international) / 90 minutes (domestic) before departure.
                    
                    Check-in closes 45 minutes prior to departure.
                    
                    Reconfirm flights 72 hours before travel.
                    
                    Travel Insurance
                    Strongly recommended to cover:
                    
                    Flight delays/cancellations
                    
                    Lost/delayed luggage
                    
                    Medical emergencies
                    
                    Seat & Meal Requests
                    Special requests (e.g., meals, wheelchair assistance) are forwarded to airlines but not guaranteed.
                    
                    Airlines have final authority on approvals.
                    
                    Financial Protection
                    ATOL Protected (No. 10066): Ensures refunds/repatriation if we cease trading.
                    
                    Packages booked outside ATOL are not covered.
                    
                    Jurisdiction: All agreements are governed by English law.
