Booking the flight for your desired destination is really short and simple. As your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail from us containing all the details either in your inbox or in the spam box within 24 hours. Still, if you do not find the confirmation mail, please contact us.

Will there be any charges of booking my flight tickets over the phone?

Global Flight Catchers do not charge. These are the supplier charges which are variable and depend upon the ticket issuance.

You can go for an E-ticket while booking your flight with Global Flight Catchers and you will get one as soon as possible. E-Ticket are more effective and secured in terms of misplace, torn apart or lost.

Change of name on a flight ticket is not possible; however you can cancel that particular ticket and book another one on the respective person’s name which will be issued with the changed names.

Infants: 0-1 years till the entire period of travel. Children: 2-11 years till the entire period of travel. Please note that infants are not allocated with a seat and must travel on the lap of an adult.

You can contact directly to the airline 72 hours prior of departure to reconfirm your flight status.

Passports & Visas: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the period of your stay. Before you reserve the ticket, It’s important for you to check with your relevant consult or local embassy agent for the specific information. ESTA visa must require for USA or transiting USA sectors. ETA visa must require for Australia or transiting Australia sectors. If your flight has a change of two different airports with the itinerary, it is your responsibility to organize the transfer to the right airport and also check the transit visa requirement. “Vacationxpert” for the VISA & Passport formalities. What time should I check in for my flight? Please note that it is always best to check with the airline for accurate check in times. We recommend that you check in at least 2 hours prior to departure for a short hall flight and at least 3 hours for a long haul flight. Please allow extra time if you are collecting any tickets e.g. TOD (Ticket on Departure).

Yes, when a customer buys a flight inclusive holiday package or a Flight-Plus booking made by customers on the website are protected by the Civil Aviation Authority (under ATOL number 10066). For further information visit the CAA website.

We charge the amount of flight booking through:

  • Credit/Debit card payment
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash payment in our office
  • Card payment can be done through E-pay link by customer

If the ticket you have book is from low cost flights then you can directly contact to the airline for your cancellation along with the details received after booking your flight. And if you have booked in regular airlines, you can call us or mail to us for cancellation of your flight ticket prior to departure and when you call us please keep your booking reference with you to keep it quick and confusion free. Please note that there will be some admin charges of cancellation of your flight ticket from regular airline.

Please note that some fares are non-refundable from the time they are booked but in some cases airlines will accept cancellation with a cancellation fee. If cancellation is allowed by the airline an additional admin fee would collected be Global Flight Catchers, this is in addition to any fees charged by your airline.

Most of the tickets are non-changeable/refundable but if there is some amount that can be refunded, it may take between 6-8 weeks after receiving your cancellation request and details in writing.

The baggage allowance to which you are entitled will vary from airline to airline and between scheduled carriers like KLM, Air France, BA and no frills carriers like Easyjet. Scheduled carriers will usually give a free allowance for checked luggage as well as permitting a small amount of hand luggage to be taken into the aircraft cabin. Amounts may vary according to destination and airline so please contact us on the number given on your confirmation email for the precise amount in kilograms. No frills carriers will almost always charge for checked luggage. This should have been offered to you as an option during the booking process and will be shown on your flight confirmation. Hand luggage to be taken into the aircraft cabin is strictly limited and must conform to both the weight and the size allowance that the airline specifies.
